The day-to-day running of the yacht, lifted off your desk — for private owners, captains and family offices. We coordinate the people and the suppliers, keep the paperwork in order, and hold the spend to a budget we agree with you, with a clear written report every month.
A Safety Management System is how a yacht proves she is run safely and consistently — the procedures, the risk assessments, the drills and the records that stand up to scrutiny. For private yachts and commercial yachts under 500GT we build that system with you and keep it ready for audit.
We provide support: we prepare, maintain and coordinate the documentation alongside your flag, class and surveyor. We do not certify, approve or guarantee compliance — that rests with the flag and the appointed authorities.
A yacht’s needs don’t stop at her home port. When she is on the move we handle the things that keep a trip running smoothly — the fixer who knows the port, a berth at short notice, customs and clearance, provisions, fuel, parts, and the right specialist when something needs doing now.
We run this through a network we trust, Mediterranean-first, and we grow it deliberately rather than promising a global footprint we cannot yet stand behind.
Ownership carries a quiet layer of administration — ownership structure, VAT position, accounting and reporting. We coordinate it as part of your management service, working with the right specialists so nothing falls between the gaps.
Cover and claims are part of running a yacht properly. We coordinate marine insurance and stand with you through any claim — handled with the least possible disruption to you and the yacht.
Full ISM management for yachts of 500GT and above is arranged where required. Every yacht and every brief is different, so we price by quote — based on your yacht’s size, type, location and the scope of the work.
