Where the work happens

Refit & Maintenance Coordination

Europe’s best refit yards and specialist firms are spread across the Mediterranean. A refit run by people on the ground at the yard — not from a desk — is a refit run where the work actually happens.

We manage the yard period from one place: planning the work, getting it priced honestly, holding the budget, and keeping you informed with real progress — not a surprise at the invoice stage. From the first worklist to sea-trial, handover and warranty follow-up, you have one person’s attention on your yacht and your captain.

How a yard period runs with us

We begin by turning your priorities and the yacht’s condition into a clear, costed worklist, then tender the work and agree a budget before anything starts. Through the period we track progress and spend against that plan, send you regular updates with photographs, and chase the detail — so the yacht leaves the yard finished, not nearly finished. We coordinate the project; we do not act as an appointed class or flag surveyor.

Every yacht and every brief is different, so we price by quote — based on your yacht’s size, type, location and the scope of the work.
